About Me
I’m deeply passionate about supporting small Tulsa business owners—especially those who are just getting started, including early-stage entrepreneurs and start-ups. Before founding Bill Scott Consulting in 2018, I built a career spanning more than 40 years with companies like JP Morgan Chase, Apple Computer, and a range of banks and savings institutions. Along the way, I also launched three businesses of my own, giving me firsthand insight into the wins, setbacks, and day-to-day realities of entrepreneurship.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen countless people start businesses with incredible passion and grit—but often without the tools, support, or knowledge they need to navigate operations, planning, and growth. That’s why I started Bill Scott Consulting: to walk alongside new business owners, offering the benefit of my experience and helping them build a strong foundation. My mission is simple—to help entrepreneurs gain confidence, clarity, and stability by equipping them with practical tools, personalized strategies, and consistent support.
A little more about me: I’m a Christian, and my faith is the cornerstone of everything I do. I’ve called Tulsa home for the past 14 years since moving here from Ohio, but my journey started in Los Angeles and Phoenix where I was born and raised. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business and economics from California State University - East Bay and completed some graduate coursework at Arizona State University as well.
I’m single and a proud dad of two kids who still live in Ohio. I have a genuine love for travel and have been fortunate to explore some of the most incredible corners of the world including visiting all 50 states—sharing stories and snapshots along the way is one of my favorite things. When I’m not traveling, you’ll usually find me catching a game on tv (I’m a big sports fan) or enjoying lunch and conversation with friends. For me, life is all about meaningful connections and the stories we create together.
